Started going on a reverse POW loop but then when in search of good pit stop place (and to put the buff on my ears) the plan was modified...lots of people on the path....Wiggled my way back from the POW bridge taking a winding street loop to avoid all the bike path peeps...It was also a nice rolling hill way as opposed to the flat parkway...Crossed the new Harmer ped bridge then paralleled the 417 in Carlington then home by Lenester Georgina to the half at Elmhurst Park .
Relaxed even pace and another 20 for 2020 bites the dust
Shorts, spidey top and marathon tee with gloves, cap and buff was a good combo for the 3-7 C temp.
