Left calf still give some issues that running loops of the SJAMP median really helped...Started with a 4 min /350 m walk throught the new Elmhurst path system as a warm up and a walk back from WHS as a wd
Garden work afterwards including the full cleaning of the A/C unit.

Today had a general malaise with some intense headaches and bowel distress and tightness in the chest

Pretty average length of sleep but pretty disruptive. Calf still a bit sore.
