Ran around C.P., didn't feel good most of the run but finally got it going towards the end. Overall not too exciting, felt nice though.

Normal to C.P., then Bluebell Rd. up and around the loop, back down the exact same way except around the back of C-A. Pushed it pretty hard, but didn't feel too good. Some tweaking on feet.

Normal route to C.P., then northernish trail to Gregory Canyon, the western trail to northern trail (Gregory Trail), across bridge to power lines, turned around to Gregory Canyon Road, then Baseline to 17th across Broadway and back around C-A.

Ran barefoot out the east entrance, down to Kittredge via the Regent Loop, did 6 laps around Kitt fields and back. Very easy pace.
