Out and back to green gate over butte. Mellow pace til river trail, then strong steady state keeping under 7s rest of way...hard up archie briggs trail (8:31 split) and sub 7s back, last 2 miles in low 6s. Legs felt heavy first climb, but shook out nicely. Feeling like I'm adapting to volume...100 miler legs are coming around. Big day tomorrow in heat at smith with biendip. giddyup.
