Progressive run...first in mid 7s, middle 4 mi in high 6s and ended last 4 at full tempo pace (5:50-6:25 pace). Felt pretty good after volume past few days. Wasn't planning on quality, even though was supposed to. Legs felt kinda good. Fighting cold though...got from kids. sinus/little bit of cough.
