Tempo workout. DRT north to Awbrey Meadows, 32:40 split for 5, 8:30 split up Archie Briggs climb, 1:08:30 slit for 10 miles. Legs/R ankle little tight first couple miles then everything shook out fine and felt good. Gorgeous day. Legs are feeling pretty darn good.
