Easy out and back on river trail, then to the gym.

Strength (Pwr Pack + Sauna Session) 35:00 [3]

15 min HIIT Power Pack workout + 20 min sauna (jumping jacks, switch jumps, crunches, run in place). Drank 12oz of water this time and only had to take four 1 min breaks in last 7 min.
