Dawn Patrol Twin Bridges loop with John, Jack and Scott. Good loop. Legs felt better this morning than last week. Mellower pace helped.

Lunch loop in OM (4.6 miles) with 10 minute tempo pick up in the middle + run commute to get bike at shop.
