Dawn patrol w/ Rick from Skyiners Lodge. Awesome morning. Easy first 3rd, steady state 2nd third and ran Tumalo Creek Trail as tempo in sub-6:20 pace range (1 split was 6:09 in the rollers). Slept half a night in altitude tent for 1st time at 8000 ft. Little groggy this morning for sure.
