From the AIRE boxing match at Flasby Fell. Bolton Abbey, Grassington, Kettlewell, Halton Gill and back through Freshfield. Lots of cyclists out. Who needs warm weather training when it's this balmy?

Took it very easy on the plyometrics. Calf ok.

Another good week. For a cyclist.
I'll have another go at restarting the running next week. This time a steady build up of distance as I've done before: 10 mins Mon then 15 Wed if OK, 20 Fri and 30 Sun if all goes OK. Some more cycling in between.

Into Huddersfield, (very wet) canal towpath to Marsden, up Wessenden and back home from the Isle of Skye on the road. Occasional soreness in calf cycling now. Ticking the box although it's 2 weeks since calf pain started.

Back on the bike. Huddersfield, Elland, Sowerby Bridge, Ripponden, Denshaw, Greenfield. Going quite well but still burnt off by a proper cyclist going over Rishworth Moor.

45 mins brisk walk whilst Lulu at netball. Calf ok walking but sore if i try to jog. Better as the day went on though.

Golf with Andy. Winter greens again so no Pro's Comp. We played a friendly matchplay game. I won 5 and 4. Driving much better today.

Digley. Calf fine for 20 mins so set off for second lap. Soreness came on almost immediately so jogged home. Not as bad as at Canklow so hopeful i can run through it now.

Garage circuits. Calf now properly sore :(
