BOK Trot. Short Brown course. 6.9km 430m climb (!)
Wrong shoe selection meant i was sliding around all over the place. No traction on the steep hills. Walked far more hills than i would have liked. Navigation good though and beat (the flying) Phil by a couple of minutes.
