NAOM Day 2. M50, 4.0km.
a bit better than yesterday but not much. Heavy wintery showers today with sunny spells in between. Unfortunately i started in a shower. Even when it wasn't raining the strong wind was making my eyes water so map reading was a struggle again. No massive mistakes today but plenty of smaller ones.
finished 4th, 5.26 down on Conny Forsberg.

NAOM Day 1. M50 , 3.8km
It rained and it rained and it rained. Started ok but glasses soon became unusable. After I lost time at #6 i then completely lost the plot. Spent about 6 mins completely lost looking for #10 (Lulu beat me by 5.5 mins on that leg).
I must find a solution for seeing the map in the rain!
Finished 12th, 10 min down on Haken Svensson but can easily see the difference.

Golf. Matchplay with Andy on winter greens (frost). I won the last 2 holes to square the match.

Hades Clough route as last week (but without any Strava efforts).
Main injury concern now is my left hamstring which is hampering me as it was earlier in the year.

1 hour brisk walk whilst Lulu at netball. A few drills and strides thrown in to try and loosen my still achy legs.
