Terrain running 1:22:00 [3] 8.0 mi (10:15 / mi)
shoes: Innov8 X-Talon (3)

On the moors from Timble Ings with Neil.
Right knee sore but manageable with ibuprofen.

Some research tells me that it is my medial collateral ligament (MCL) which is sore. I reckon it might be something to do with the angle of my cleats on the new bike. I need to have a fiddle.

Golf comp off due to frozen greens. Over Hades to Dunford Bridge, Millhouse Green, windmills and back around Hades. Tendon behind R knee getting a bit more sore. Perhaps need to ease back on the cycling. Ice after.
