Calf probably OK for a run today but weather perfect for cycling so...
Holmfirth, Greenfield, Denshaw, Buckstones, Huddersfield and back up the valley.

OK for 10 holes but took 10 on #11. 40 out, 52 back :-(

Standard loop around Silkstone on way home from work (AC-W).
Ground surprisingly firm. R calf tightened very slightly after a couple of 7.5 minute miles.
