Good to meet up with Will and help him support his lad.

Home after the race. Just enough to warm up again.

Golf. Foursomes comp with Mike. 7 over. Would have been worse on my own.

Looking good for Bill on Monday. Lesson booked for next week.
12 PM

Terrain running 46:00 [3] 5.5 mi (8:22 / mi)

Dead Edge End and back from Holme Moss. Post Strava record.
Got home to find that workmen digging up the road had cut off the water.

Thursday Apr 27, 2017 #

8 AM

Note
(rest day)

Golf with Andy and Mick. 33 Stableford points (16/17).

Feeling a bit tired and run down (maybe fighting off Janet's cold?). Also a few little niggles (R knee and L groin so not the usual areas). Decided not to push it and have another day off. Did some armchair training (geeking) for BOC instead.

5 PM

Note

Golf. Rabbits league match home to Bradley Hall. Played with Ray. We lost 2 and 1. My fault as my driving has re-hit rock bottom :-(

Tuesday Apr 25, 2017 #

Gym 20:00 [2]

Garage circuits.
9 AM

Note

Golf with Andy. Matchplay finished all square.
4 PM

Trail running 57:00 [3] 6.5 mi (8:46 / mi)
shoes: New Balance 1080v4

Non-standard route over to Hades and back. Got caught in a painful hailstorm which meant I was struggling for grip on the last descent. Felt a bit of a tweak in my right knee.
