Easy jog/walk around Storthes Hall checking control sites for the Alistair Tinto memorial event. About 2 hours in total.

Stopped at Dovestones on the way back from dropping Louise at Stalybridge.
Up to the obelisk, along the ridge to Broadstone Hill, across country to Hollin Brown Knoll and back down the valley.

Extended Digley loop to clear the travel from my legs. Not really feeling the effect of the altitude training but ok straight off back to back 8 hour flights. About 30 degrees cooler than the last run. Digley busiest I've ever seen it.
