Session with Kim.
She loosened off my (tight) foot and calf. No running for a little while but cycling OK. Need to do some self massage/ foam rollering, foot massage and heel raise exercises (little and often). If it settles may be able to start jogging next Tuesday.

Golf. Pro's mid week comp. 41 Stableford points (19/22).
Just failed to break 80 for the first time.
2nd place. Beaten by an eagle 2 on the 18th.

Digley. Achilles ok at first (just very slightly niggly) but a couple of sharp twinges after 20 mins and then sore from there on. Ticking the box :(
