Into Holmfirth and back (as Tuesday). Roads clear of snow but pavements not, so lots of hopping on and off pavements to avoid cars.

Walk into Holmfirth with Janet for provisions. Slipping in powdery snow. Pavements not clear enough for running.

Checking out Holme Moss. Got past the police car turning back traffic but not the hairpin where I watched the Tour de France. Yateholme track also unrideable.

Not sure this counts as training but it was fun. Yateholme loop in deep snow. Very tentative as a wipe out was likely at any time. Somehow avoided one though :-)
I have run this loop in only a couple more minutes.
