Achilles pretty sore but a bit better than yesterday.

Physio session with Kim. She loosened off my calf and foot and gave advice on rehabilitation.
I need to let it settle down before gradually reintroducing load. Therefore definitely no British Sprints and Middles. Rest initially then, when pain free, start some gentle two-legged heel raises. Re-start garage circuits but avoiding anything stressing the Achilles for now. Pilates and cycling OK. Got to be able to do one-legged heel raises and hopping with minimal pain before starting running. Then it will be 1 min on/ 1 min off type stuff to start. Might still be OK for VHI at end of Sept. In the meantime I'm a golfer and a cyclist.
Achilles very sore this morning. I could feel it even before I got out of bed. Hobbling around now.
Today I think it is the Achilles, very low down on the inside where it joins the bone.
Another easy jog. R ankle more sore than Friday and getting worse if anything. I'm now more convinced that it's not the Achilles but something on the inside of the ankle. Kim's diagnosis on Tuesday will be interesting. Next weekend looking unlikely.
Very slow jog to test Achilles. A bit sore but not bad and not getting worse. Soreness is on inside of ankle and not the usual Achilles area. Tomorrow morning will be key.
