Physio session with Kim. More loosening and more advice. Got to be patient. Come back now tabled for the CompassSport Cup.

Stopped in Hathersage on my way home and cycled from there. Up Winnats Pass, Peak Forest, Millers Dale, Monsal Trail, Bakewell, Rowsley, Chatsworth, Grindleford.

Back to session I did 2 weeks ago:
4 x 2 mins easy jog with 1 min walk recovery. Achilles similar to how it was then (a bit 'gunky' but not too bad). Tomorrow morning key. Ice.

Over the hill to Greenfield (into a headwind), Denshaw, Buckstones and back through Huddersfield.

Note: plenty of one-legged heel raises in the evening. Pretty much pain free. Might try a little jog tomorrow.
