Did some calf strengthening exercises before Pilates: heel raises, hopping, etc. R calf seems weaker (than Left) still but Achilles definitely feeling better.
Stopped in Hathersage on my way home and cycled from there. Up Winnats Pass, Peak Forest, Millers Dale, Monsal Trail, Bakewell, Rowsley, Chatsworth, Grindleford.
Back to session I did 2 weeks ago:
4 x 2 mins easy jog with 1 min walk recovery. Achilles similar to how it was then (a bit 'gunky' but not too bad). Tomorrow morning key. Ice.
