Golf with Andy and Neil.
Modified 17 hole course (due to work on 12, 13 and 14). 34 Stableford points.
No niggles worth mentioning.

Physio session with Kim.
Purpose mainly to address my shoulder issues. She loosened it off but, unlike last time, I didn't immediately undo the effect by cycling home. She also gave me an exercise regime which I will log in an attempt to make me stick to it. I also now have a set of weights (thanks to RRR;-)

Stopped at Silkstone on the way home to catch the last of the light. Standard footpath loop from there. Achilles fine to start but a bit sore by the end. R knee a bit painful early on but not getting any worse. At the stage of not knowing which niggle to worry about most.

Bimble about on MTB from Leeds Rd whilst car at garage. Over Ainley Top to Calderdale then messing around on the Rochdale canal towpath. Back through Brighouse.
R knee still a bit painful cycling.
