Southern Champs, Devil's Punchbowl.
M50L, 8.7km 570m.
Really enjoyed this. Well worth the long drive. Unfortunately my Achilles enjoyed it less. Quite sore by the end but not to the point of hobbling. The long walk back to the car probably helped ease it before the long drive north.
I had a good run technically with just one small miss at #11. 2nd, 2 mins down on Nigel Bunn.

Cannock Chase mountain bike orienteering.
B course . 11.8km straight line, 20km optimum route.
Only 8 mins behind World Champion Killian :-)

Golf. Pro's mid week comp. Bailed out after 12 holes due to cold/wet/wind. Some of the grimmest conditions I've tried to play in. Surprisingly I was doing OK. 23 Stableford points for the 12 holes.

Plus heel raises.
I would have tried an easy run today but the weather decided otherwise. My Achilles might be grateful.
