SOL Dumyat.
Blue course, 6.0km 300m.
Feeling somewhat sluggish today. Probably partly last night's beers, partly my massive hotel breakfast. Never really got out of third gear and did a lot of walking on the first four controls. Navigation quite simple and only the odd slight wobble.
Just snuck the win.

Scottish Middle Distance Champs, Birnam Hill.
Men's Supervet course, 4.2km 140m.
Basically an enjoyable downhill slalom through some lovely terrain. Just a little care required on the diagonal downhill legs across the vague slope. I took the appropriate care and ran clean. Finished first of the old men.

Black Hill via Goodbent Lodge and the Pennine Way. Back along the county boundary and around the top of Ramsden Clough. Longest run for a while and a reminder that I still have an issue with my L hip flexor. This started to feel sore after an hour and was quite bad by the end. R Achilles also slightly grumbly. Hopefully both issues not too serious.
