Golf. Saturday comp. Two man Stableford with Neil. Team score of 32 points for the 15 holes. Not swinging well. Definitely adversely affected by stiffness from yesterday's bike ride.

3 x 9 mins (2 min walk) around the Underhill circuit. Achilles good but L calf still threatening to go into spasm. Legs not surprisingly very heavy after yesterday.

First sunny day for some time and I probably got carried away. Huddersfield, Elland, Sowerby Bridge, Mytholmroyd, Cragg, Rishworth, Denshaw, Greenfield and back over Saddleworth Moor. No Strava as watch refuses to upload. I was hoping for a new pb on the Cragg climb (roughly 27 mins) but we'll never know...
Golf with Roy. 44 Stableford points (17/27!). Best back nine ever: 1 under gross. There were quite a lot of temporary greens which did help.

Same session as Tuesday. Achilles fine. L calf starting to twitch from the end of the first effort but didn't quite go into full spasm. Eased off on the walk back to the house.
Trail running17:00 [2] 2.0 mi (8:30 / mi) shoes: New Balance 780v3
Intended to do 3 x 7 mins around Digley but L calf (opposite leg to Achilles) twinged midway through the 3rd effort so stopped and walked back. Hopefully just the usual spasm rather than a tear and therefore not too much of a setback. Achilles was good.
