1 mile loop up the mill race towards Digley. Calf fine for one loop but tightened up at the start of a second loop so called it a day.

Dunford Bridge via Ramsden Road, Thurlstone, Windmills, Jackson Bridge. Surprised to improve my pb for the Ramsden Road climb as I didn't feel I was pushing hard.
I can feel my calf again today. Some foam rollering.

3 x 1 mile around the same loop as Thursday. Calf just beginning to tighten up a little towards the end.
Calf more sore later in the evening :(

Barnsley and back. Out via Green Moor and Thurgoland, back via Darton and Upper Denby. Lots of other cyclists out.
Think I may have seen someone running in a ShUOC top in Kexbrough?

Hades, Upper Denby, High Hoyland, Emley Moor, Kirkburton, Farnley Tyas, Honley (as 5/3). Stiff easterly so tough first half but quick coming back.
Encountered a group of 4 young people out on mountain bikes together for the second day running...

Walk to Meltham via Wessenden for lunch then back via Harden Moss. 4 x 5 mins very easy running to break up the walking. Calf only very slightly sore.
Total distance 14 miles, 4 hours moving time.
