Trail running40:00 [2] 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi) shoes: New Balance 780v3
2 x 2 miles very easy. Janet and Louise were heading Scout Dike for a Birthday run so I went along for the ride. I followed them around Scout Dike reservoir then walked to Royd Moor reservoir to run around that. Then walked back to the car. Achilles good to start but getting grumbly by the end. Calf ok. Ice after.
Trail running28:00 [2] 3.0 mi (9:20 / mi) shoes: New Balance 780v3
Dropped road bike at the bike shop and ran home in 3 bits. 3 x 1 mile with walk between. Achilles good, just slightly grumbly on the last mile. L calf a bit twitchy again.
No orienteering for me this week so got dropped off by the family on their way there. Cycled home from Wortley along the TPT and over Hades. Headwind the whole way.

2 x 1 mile with walk before, between and after. Laps of the fields behind the house to test out my Achilles. It had been a little sore first thing but loosened off with a bit of use. No pain at the start of the run but getting a little grumbly by the end. Ice after.
Golf with (and socially distanced from) Roy. 32 Stableford points (17/15). Better. Achilles better too, but still slightly sore first thing in the morning.
