Circuit of the Black Hill plateau from Holme Moss. Expecting an adventure in the clag but turned out I was above it for most of the run.
All OK except for a tight R hamstring.

Trails all very busy. It's almost as if all the shops are shut.

An hour's walk down the valley to loosen off my calves after this morning's tarmac bashing. This worked but foot more noticeable than at any point during the run.

Police incident going on in Delph. They didn't seem interested in me having crossed the county boundary though ;-)

County boundary from Holme Moss. First time for a while and it was hard work. Very wet underfoot but also very rusty terrain running technique. Foot OK.

16 Stableford points. Painfully poor golf (not helped by playing off mats for first time this winter) but foot better than Saturday. At least a month off golf now so hopefully foot will benefit.
