Sunday Feb 14 #

11 AM

Road running 46:00 [3] 5.0 mi (9:12 / mi)
shoes: Saucony ISO3

Yateholme circuit. Roads clear but Yateholme track still an ice rink so 2 miles of pussyfooting with some proper running either side.

Saturday Feb 13 #

2 PM

Mountain Bike 1:50:00 [1] 21.0 mi (5:14 / mi)
shoes: Shimano AM9 MTB SPD

Local turfing expedition. Acre Lane, Hades, Cliffe, Thurstonland, Honley. Still icy in places and Baltic cold.

Friday Feb 12 #

12 PM

Terrain running 42:00 [3] 4.0 mi (10:30 / mi)
shoes: VJ Integrator (blue)

Loop of Snailsden in deep powdery snow. Cold. Car said -3° but with stiff easterly wind feeling much colder. No hanging around today for turfs, etc.

Thursday Feb 11 #

9 AM

Note

Snowy walk around Digley and Hade Edge picking up turfs wherever phone signal allowed.
11 miles, 4 hours.

Yesterday's turfs already lost to the misnamed minionrunner...
4 PM

Gym 20:00 [2]

Garage circuits.

Wednesday Feb 10 #

11 AM

Road running 55:00 [2] 6.0 mi (9:10 / mi)
shoes: Saucony ISO3

Had to go to Barnsley for a site inspection so took the opportunity to run somewhere different. And grab a few turfs obviously ;-)

Tuesday Feb 9 #

9 AM

Mountain Bike 3:20:00 [1] 37.0 mi (5:24 / mi)
shoes: Shimano AM9 MTB SPD

Another turfing expedition to Huddersfield. This time to re-take the turfs to the east of the town centre. A fresh covering of snow making the side roads rather dodgy. Happy to stay upright.

Monday Feb 8 #

3 PM

Road running 1:00:00 [2] 6.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Saucony ISO3

Same as Friday but in opposite direction and very different conditions. Ramsden Road like a ice rink on a 30° slope.
