Isle of Skye via the Kirklees Way. Back down Turton's Edge and then via Upper Knowl and Austonley. First time on Turton's Edge and it turns out there is not a trod so a mile or so of tussocks and heather.

Hip flexors and hamstrings just beginning to feel it towards the end. Getting more used to these longer runs though.
