Dead Edge End and back from Holme Moss. Beautiful morning but still soggy underfoot. Foot and Achilles all good but hip flexors complaining a little.

9 worse than last week. Arm still a little sore from the jab but not affecting my golf.

Note

My 'new' SIAC with replacement battery arrived this morning. Happy that it is in time for the British Middles but it has taken a bit longer than the 2 weeks advertised at the time I placed my order on 26th April.
I notice it has a sticker on it saying replace battery May 2024...

Standard MTB loop. Entered the British MTBO Champs yesterday so decided I better do some training. Decent time in damp conditions. Annoying squeak from my bottom bracket.
