Midland Champs, Sherwood.
M55L 8.7km
Standard Sherwood burn up. Martin was starting 4 mins after me and I saw quite a bit of him at the numerous dog legs as he narrowed the gap. Reasonably happy with a minute down at the end.

DVO Middle Distance race, Chatsworth.
Blue course, 4.8km 155m.
Nice to be back on this area after a long break. Made for a good Middle Distance race.
I was pretty much clean until #13 but then got distracted by Amanda and tried navigating #14 to #15. Then struggled to relocate, losing around 2 minutes. I was already a minute down on Simon at #13 so ended up just over 3 mins down. He will be hard to beat this season.
