BOK Regional, Black Down. Black course, 10.0km 315m. Didn't really expect to get round this. The plan was for a leg stretch and break from the long drive home. Set off steady expecting the L hip to quickly cause issues but it seemed to ease off after a while. Definitely better uphill than down. Nice run through the bluebells and lovely views. Orienteering pretty straightforward. Results: http://obasen.orientering.se/winsplits/online/en/d... RG: https://www.bok.routegadget.co.uk/rg2/#251&cou...
Re-run of the first 10 controls from BOC 2005. Penhale has become somewhat overgrown in the intervening 18 years. L hip/hamstring not at all happy so cut short on what I intended.

Newquay to Perranporth along the SW Coast path. Started S of Gannel as tide was in. L hip not good but able to shuffle along despite some soreness. Beautiful evening and some lovely views.
