3k uphill test-run. not bad seeing i haven't done any running training and legs are still sore from bike race..

First road bike race ever. Start at Mac Rec centre on government, go to mapleward, dawson, and back on governmnt 3 loops. Was pair TT - guy i was with was pretty good. never been so sore in the backside in my life as i was after this race.. Lap Times were 20.58, 21.17, 21.07

Warm up before race. should have done more as i ran into lactate problems in my legs very early.. recovered and felt better later in the race except for the sore hip/leg

Did some 1min+ intervals today with the group. Not so hard physically but good for technique trying to go hard in windy conditions
