4 x 13'(2.5') @ Threshold along the river to South Yarra train station via the Tan. Slept through alarm so was a rush out the door and felt sloppy on the first rep. Nicer after that and enjoyed the rest, pushing well into the wind on the river after Burnley.

Commute home from Dandenong. Was going to go to gym but caught up with a friend after work and wouldn't have got home till 8:30 if I hit the weights. Opted to do my 2nd strength session Sunday after the race.
