Rep session in Nelson after catching ferry across to South Island: 4 sets of 200, 200, 400 (with equal jog recovery)

Target paces were 36 for 200's, 72 for 400's, focusing on good form.Tailwind for the 200's so made a conscious effort to make them a bit faster but ended up making everything faster:
