6*10'(2') @ M pace at Albert Park. Last 3 with Louis which was good for some company. Feeling relatively good but not as good as last Saturday but thats probably because I had two easy days leading into last Saturday. Still all were under target pace which was nice and finished ok. Glutes tired at the end, a reassuring feeling that I am using them while running.

Running 12:00 [5]

Doc ordered me a stress Echo due to my symptoms back in March. Symptoms seemed to have totally turned around since trying to correct my iron so think it was likely that but the test was free so thought I should do it anyway. Cardiologist said everything all g, one healthy athletic heart. Got my bloods done afterwards so should know how my iron is trending next week.

shoes: ASICS GT 2000 8 2E (V2)

El clasico with Aston. Actually feeling a bit heavy in the legs after the stress Echo but good company made this one go quick.

Got a bit jipped on distance compared to the others but otherwise a beaut evening out.
