Ran with 10lb backpack to BJJ class, had 1.5 hr BJJ class, then ran to friend's house for a total of 4.4 miles running

True speed workout on asphalt Kelly Drive. 15:00 easy warm-up and several flat strides, ran 8 x .5 mile at max V02 pace at about 7:20 to 7:50 per mile, with full (2:30 to 3:00 of walking) recovery between each one. 15:00 moderate cool-down for the last 15 min.
Had to judge with GPS watch since pace seemed to jump, but managed to keep it around 7:30 pace.

Jumped in to a 30min kettle bell class followed by normal 1.5 hr bjj class.
