shoes: altra lone peak 1.5

reverse lagoon loop.

didn't feel good at the start. tamales and avo i had at lunch were sitting very, very heavy on my stomach. got better as i went, but overall not good.

legs felt great one i got warm and my muscles relaxed. weather was beautiful w/ a pretty strong NW wind.

road bike (litespeed) 1:25:00 [3] 32.0 mi (22.6 mph)

stretched for 15 mins after the run and then changed to ride. headed north on the 101 hoping to run into METAL and Wildebeast. Saw them once I reached C-bad village. flipped it and pulled them all the way to VDLV before going home myself.

gnarly headwind all the way north and then was in my big ring and 11 all the way back south without trying very hard...riding the wind.

those guys are amazing. the beast was at mile 360 and METAL was close to 200 and they looked good.

legs felt great...pushed a hard interval on the bike path reaching the duck pond / golf course.

felt awesome to light it up a bit.
