Had so much fun - I miss the general enthusiasm and support that you get on a road run. Lots of climbing, most of it in first 18km, felt good throughout. Comfortable and steady run, happy with it

Run with the group from the gym. Some big hills (relatively speaking) around 16km turned the run from easy to not so easy.

Long and pretty awful shift at work which has played havoc with the training this week - hadn't recovered enough to run in the morning before work. 30 hours long, 30 min sleep
