didn't sleep past two days so I wasn't feeling good for a run......

running (3 km run) 14:37 [3] 3.0 km (4:52 / km)

well i a approached this session half dead but i think i pulled it together quite well. averaged out to 4min 25sec a km, which is A LOT better than my usual 5min 25 sec a km. during the run the right song just came on and i was set from there on, gives me the idea that a bit of my poor performance is due to my lack of focus on what i want to achieve and stress. must do things to calm down and relax. At the start of the run i felt kinda slow but i felt better on the second lap, all up to the fifth lap i felt quiet good. On the sixth one i was quite pooped to be honest and the last lap didnt leave me too well but im still happy with the outcome. =).

After that we did a 100 m sprint, wasnt happy at all with that result. 14.50 seconds. Half way through i felt a muscle pull in my quad, didnt help with running and my knee hurt at the same time. Aiming for 11 second at the end of the training program hopefully.....
