Through corsee woods and Brathens, up Hill of Fare and over 3 of the summits. Got a bit bored of the big tracks so did a few bits across the heather and bog. Legs were a bit sore on the downhills but felt great on the climbs

Good session to round the week off.

Hill running race 54:26 [4] 6.42 mi (8:29 / mi) +540m 6:43 / mi

Leg 3 of Devil's Burdens with Dan. Went fast on the runnable bits and descents but wasn't pushed much on the climbs. Was aiming to get under 56mins so very happy with the time

Jogged back over leg 4 after my run.

From home up Scolty once then home. Went flat out in a few places to test the legs, everything seems ok

From Craibstone over Elrick hill, a few climbs and circuits of Brimmond hill then back over Elrick. Couldn't feel much pain in the hip which is good.

Quick run with some flat out sections to test out the hip. Didn't feel too bad, will rest it a bit though
