Up Scolty, down to Strachan, through Bogendreip, across to Greendams then up Mount Shade, Clachnaben, back up Mount Shade then over Scolty again. First attempt at this route and it was good. Ended up doing lots of running through deep heather trying to find better lines off the hills. Felt good all the way

10 X Corsee hill, along burnett road then jog recovery down corsee road back to start. Roughly 200m steep uphill, 300m flat/gradual downhill then 300m downhill recovery. Felt great for the first 6 then started fading a bit
