Decided to try and do a flatter longer run. Went to brathens, inchmarlo golf course, twice up scolty then a long hilly loop round shooting greens then to crathes and back. Felt great until the last few miles. Would have been quick if it wasn't for the snow

Hill running intervals 55:10 [5] 6.11 mi (9:02 / mi) +700m 6:40 / mi

5 reps of scolty on 3 different paths. Roughly the same height gain but different gradients. 1st and 4th were short steep and just under 5mins. 2nd was about 8 mins. 3rd and 5th were just over 9 mins. Jog recovery down the shortest steepest path, just under 4mins. Really hard session, definitely one to do again.

15 x 95s reps with 60s recovery walk/jog round burnett park road. Covering just over a lap each time. Legs felt pretty good
