Decided to try and do a flatter longer run. Went to brathens, inchmarlo golf course, twice up scolty then a long hilly loop round shooting greens then to crathes and back. Felt great until the last few miles. Would have been quick if it wasn't for the snow

5 reps of scolty on 3 different paths. Roughly the same height gain but different gradients. 1st and 4th were short steep and just under 5mins. 2nd was about 8 mins. 3rd and 5th were just over 9 mins. Jog recovery down the shortest steepest path, just under 4mins. Really hard session, definitely one to do again.
