Easy run round crathes and railway line. Legs quite stiff but they eased off a fair bit

Hill running race (3 peaks) 2:56:13 [5] 23.44 mi (7:31 / mi) +1550m 6:14 / mi

Good result. Started steady and worked up the field. Got in to 3rd by the top of whernside then overtook Jethro on the last descent to get 2nd. Tom Owens was still about 2.45 ahead. Got the fastest splits on the last 2 climbs. Very pleased with the race; managed to pace well and eat/drink plenty. Very windy, strong sunshine and warm

Once up goauch hill, 2 big climbs up scolty then one short steep climb and home. Felt pretty good once the legs loosened off
