Scolty and kerloch run starting at the bottom of scolty to miss out the road section from home. Felt a bit tired after yesterday but not too bad. Could have gone quicker. Time to ease up for Snowdon now

Fairly long hilly road run out to knockburn loch then towards slug road then back home. Hopefully the faster miles will set the legs up for snowdon next weekend. Felt good the whole way round and no hamstring pain

Hamstring was sore when walking my dog in the morning. Spent almost an hour doing stretches and massage which helped. Didn't feel it at all when running.
Explored a few new bits round brathens hill then tried to find a way down to bridge of canny. Legs felt really good.

10 hill reps with slow run down recovery. They were just under 400m long, starting off gradual then finishing on a steeper gradient. Hamstring was a bit sore to start off with so going to take it easy
