Hill running 2:33:16 [3] 17.57 mi (8:43 / mi) +1500m 6:54 / mi

Pouring rain and misty above 200m. Decided to do lots of climbs of scolty instead of finding a bigger hill. Ran from home then did 6 times up scolty and 2 times up goauch, trying to make them as long as possible. Felt bad on the first and last but the middle ones were ok. Lots of mud and slippery tree roots

Along the south bank of the river dee then back through shooting greens. Felt very good, especially on the uphills

Up kerloch, down the back, up the steep climb up heathery haugh then back up kerloch and down to knockburn. Awesome weather- roasting hot and sunny. Luckily it was pretty windy as well or I'd have beeen far too hot
