Round the woods, out to crathes and back. Pushing most of the way. The ground was very muddy in places

6 x 4min, 2min recovery jog along the blackhall road and river dee track. Feeling good but right leg tightened up after finishing, calf and hamstring needing more loosening off. All the reps seemed to have an uphill finish
