From home over Scolty and Kerloch then back over Scolty again. Didn't push too hard but kept a consistent effort up all the way to the end. Took a bladder with water in it but it tasted so disgusting I didn't drink anything after having a sip 30 minutes in to the run.

Round Corsee woods and Brathens. Did quite a bit of foam rolling before running and really noticed the difference. Legs moving effortlessly and the run felt easy and fast. Back to proper training tomorrow
