Hill running 2:44:13 [3] 19.31 mi (8:30 / mi) +1200m 7:08 / mi

Long run up Peter Hill down the south then back up to the top then over Lamahip and back by Craig Lash. Good run although poor conditions at times and very wet underfoot on the hill. Probably won't be able to do the south Peter Hill climb any more as the vegetation is getting taller and covering the rocks. Started to feel a bit tired by the end of the run but not too bad

Up to Tom's Cairn then along to the start of the path from Corsedarder. Back home through the forest and by the estate house

Hill running intervals 24:00 [5] 3.16 mi (7:36 / mi) +480m 5:10 / mi

8 x 3min hills on Tom's Cairn path from the monument to the first hill in the forest. Steady run back down as recovery. Happy with the session, first hill session for ages and not too bad. Path was pretty muddy after the recent rain so slipped about a bit

Loop through the forest and estate. Legs surprisingly good after earlier.

Hilly run on Peter Hill and Lamahip. Pushed the descents and picked the pace up for the last two miles going down the valley.

Up Peter Hill before breakfast and before class, starting from home. Nice to be out early but lacked a bit of power on the ascent. Strides on the way back

Two loops from home taking in Corsedarder and Shooting greens road climbs 2-3 times each. Avoided the rain storms somehow. Feeling pretty good on the uphills

Warm up and cool down on Scolty hill. First time up in ages

12 x 800m, 1min jog. Along Blackhall road and the track on the south bank of the river. Enjoyed the session but my legs felt a bit heavy.

Tom's Cairn and back through the forest on a slightly longer route than normal. Strides on the way back. Tired from the weekend

Cycling 1:30:00 [3]

Cairn O' Mount cycle from home. One ascent only this time although there was a strong headwind all the way up which made it tougher. The descent was stupidly fast
